Fraud upon the court OK in Indiana

I became the owner of a fire damaged (new) display modular home, placed it on trailers and had it moved into a storage business. The home was valued at $135,000 and had sustained $65,000 of damage.

- I agree with you Joe A, that it is both Rep and Dems, but after participating in a local election as a candidate on the Republican ticket, I became aware of the inside crap being passed along. I have no doubts that it comes from both parties and they are equally bad.

- Joe, I noticed that your description of your business included the fact that your workers were independent contractors. That suggests to me that you were not paying workman's comp, social security or taxes on them.

- Kane and others, Fort Wayne Indiana put a large package together to keep International Harvester from closing. In the end they decided to close anyway (not all operations) and the community refocused the money they raised to helping a diversity of small businesses.

- Kane, Is it the 504 program that your referring to? I looked at the ARC program which is where the $35k came from. I'm into developing hardwood laminate manufacture based upon super thin bandsaw technology. SOO thin we have to make the blades.

- OOPS! After reading the SBA site I see that it's limit is $35k. I take back my enthusiasm, I need lots more. What is $35k going to do for a business with more than a few employees. With 10 employees that's $3,500 each or about 1-2 months pay. And it certainly won't buy any major equipment.

- This isn't going to put the banks out of business... these are loans that banks won't touch. And when the business does deposit money in their bank, that money will go to their reserve account making more loans possible by those banks.
